Run, Sprints, Strength Training

 


18 minute slow run followed by 30 second sprints for 8 rounds. 

I finished this off with 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 20 squats and 20 side-to-side squats.

Of course, a cool down followed. 

The weather outside made it feel like I was running in a swimming pool.
